We have noticed that one of the following can be done to help eliminate any problems you are having accessing your lessons and materials.
Help! My document appears blank!
Try clicking on the "reload"/"refresh" button on your Internet browser. Ten try downloading the document again.
If after you open the document, the document appears blank, try the following steps:
Visit www.Adobe.com to download the newest version of acrobat reader (at no cost to you).
Try opening and reading the lessons again.
If after you open the document, the document still appears blank, minimize your Internet browser.
If you then view adobe’s terms of agreement, click yes, and maximize your Internet browser again and download the lesson again.
If after you open the document, the document still appears blank, minimize your Internet browser.
If you then view error message: Click okay to the error message, and maximize your Internet browser again and download the document again.
